Lead Time:
Pre-Production Samples: If required, allow 2-3 weeks from receipt of correct art, order and deposit. $150./g plus all set-up charges. Virtual proof: n/c 24-48 hours.
Normal Production: Allow 7-8 weeks upon sample approval or waiver for delivery. In many instances throughout the catalog-you will see Rush 4 week delivery is available and FREE on quantities of 250 or 500.
Rush Delivery: Is available on all items in 4-5 weeks at an additional charge per item- see bottom of each price schedule for charges. Contact factory regarding special event dates, speedier delivery may be available. All goods are FOB NY or Los Angeles, CA unless other delivery arrangements are made.
Terms: All orders are evaluated for credit terms upon acceptance.
Overruns and Under runs: All orders are subject to 5% overrun/under run and will be shipped and billed accordingly.
Art Submission Requirements:
Lily-PadzTM, Beach NotesTM, ,Liquid NotesTM, Squish-eezTM, The Beach PadTM, Wrist-RelieversTM, Liquid- Photo’sTM, Liquid-CD’sTM,Promo-ClearTM, Combo-PadzTM: All art may be submitted via email or on CD all PC or Mac formatted. A full color printout or jpeg image is required for image reference along with your email or disc submitted art. All original art used to create the document must be included as well as any fonts used. Placed images cannot be manipulated or altered. Images should be 300dpi and are accepted in the following formats: TIFF or EPS are files required in Photoshop, Illustrator, Freehand, Corel Draw, QuarkXpress or Pagemaker.
4 color process images should be CMYK, not RGB. Include a 1/8 inch bleed for mouse pad background graphics or floater graphics and leave at least 1/8" space between trim lines and important graphic or copy elements. Very small type does not reproduce well on screen printed items-please use 12pt. or larger. Halftone screens and gradations are not recommended, as they are difficult in maintaining consistency given the screen process. Spot pms colors result in the most vibrant and consistent results on screen printed items.
RollerCoasterzTM & SandvertisersTM: Submit art to size for both the printed and molded logo areas and any screen printed PMS color positions. Email or disk art should be in Illustrator or Photoshop saved as .ai or .eps with texts outlined. All printed and molded logo and copy elements must be reviewed for approval by factory upon submission. E-Proofs are FREE for both the Sandvertiser™ and RollerCoaster™, submit your logos and copy elements for final approval and adjustments.
Notes: Due to the nature of our printing processes and materials, exact color matches cannot be guaranteed and are subject to color variations of plus or minus 10%. Glitter, Sand, liquid, gel and plastic colors and amounts are subject to variation. All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
