1. What are your leadtimes?
Ans: All items can be produced and delivered in 4 weeks - rush air fees may apply depending on the item and the quantity.   In many instances 4 week delivery is FREE and included. - See each product detail page.  Normal delivery on larger quantities is 7-8 weeks upon sample approval or waiver or can be shipped via RUSH air 4-5 week delivery - rush air charges apply - see each product detail page.  Pre-production samples involve plus 2 weeks and plus $150./g and all set-up charges.

2. Can you deliver quicker than 4 weeks?
Ans: Yes, sometimes.  Call factory to discuss the product, quantity, in hands date and in hands location.

3. What are your minimums?
Ans: The minimum order on all items is 250 pieces.   Special arrangements are sometimes made for smaller quantity requests when possible.

4. Are your products exclusive?
Ans: Yes, all the products and brands we have developed, perfected and market are exclusive and available for sale only through authorized promotional product resellers.   Our exclusive quality products and brands are not available through any other promotional product supplier.  Be sure to ask for our products by product number or brand name to insure you are ordering the highest quality products available and to avoid getting inferior imitations.  We highly suggest ordering random samples  so you can experience our products and quality first hand before placing your production order.

5. Do you sell direct to end users?
Ans: No - please contact your authorized promotional product re-seller.
